PARK ROAD

Park Road was purchased in November 2021.

We were looking for a property that was in a relatively quiet location but within the hub of the Charnwood community and close to local transport and amenities.
The house was purchased especially for the purpose of providing care for young people and adults with autism. We made sure that there was enough space in the rear garden to build an annex and sensory room. We have worked closely with a local architect to plan a bespoke annex to the rear of the property. 
Vert housing has worked closely with the CCG and Leicestershire County Council to ensure we have incorporated design features within the property that are fit for purpose.
