At Vert Housing, we understand that moving into a new home can be stressful—especially when you may only have personal belongings to bring with you. We believe every tenant deserves to move into a home that is ready to live in from day one, without placing the burden on families to source or fund essential furniture.

We also recognise that supported living homes require robust, durable, and safe furnishings. That's why we make the decision to fully furnish all of our properties for our tenants.

What We Provide

Every Vert Housing property comes with high-quality, practical furnishings, including:

Kitchen & Appliances: Fridge/freezer, washing machine, condenser tumble dryer (hard wired for safety), induction safety hob, microwave, and a full set of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
Living Room: Polycarbonate TV protector, wipeable sofas, coffee table, side tables, and dining table with chairs.
Bedrooms: Robust bed bases, waterproof mattresses, wardrobes, and chest of drawers.
Window Coverings: Blinds or curtains fitted throughout.

Innovative Features

Office-in-a-Box: For support providers, we supply a lockable "office in a cupboard," designed to store laptops, printers, and files securely, without needing a dedicated office room.
Locally Made Furniture: All wooden furniture is built to order by a local company and assembled directly in the property.
Optional Safety Features: Furniture can be supplied with radius (rounded) corners for tenants with epilepsy or additional safety needs.

Our Commitment

This service is provided at no additional cost to tenants at the start of the tenancy. If items are damaged or broken, they can be replaced at cost plus a 15% administration surcharge. A full list of replacement costs is available upon request.
